Meet Our Board of Directors

Dennis Brasfield, President
Dr. Dennis Brasfield resides in Kettle Falls, WA, and in Red Wing, MN. He is an active participant in community activities. He has lead and directed charitable contributions on behalf of Hearth and Home Technologies, into the immediate and local communities. He is a strong advocate for social work and community involvement. Currently he is employed as Vice President of Value Chain at Hearth and Home Technologies Lakeville, Minnesota. He has been a business leader in the Colville, WA, community for over 5 years. He is a graduate of Capella University and Bellevue University and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Masters in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business.

Anne Fields-Ghramm, Vice President
Prior to joining the PIF board, Anne Fields-Ghramm served on several non-profits boards and held officer positions. She feels it is important in small communities to spend quality time volunteering and helping the town and surrounding areas join together and grow. For the past ten years Anne has worked as a Financial Service Specialist for Washington State Department of Social and Health Services where she serves the Northeast Washington people in need. In addition to serving the public, she assigns and audits work of financial staff, helps with eligibility, rule interpretation, planning, and procedural development.

Betty Baxter
Betty has lived in Kettle Falls 55 years. Her employment has primarily been office work with 20 years at a lumber company and 13 years for a beverage distributor. During that time, she and her husband have also operated a local business, which they still have. She has been involved in several community organizations that give back to our area.

Dave Ghramm, Director
Dave has lived, worked, and raised his family in the community for many years. Retired from Boise Cascade as a purchasing agent after 32 years. He has always believed in community involvement and served with several organizations and civic projects to make this a better community. Currently, Dave is the chairman of the board at Dominion Meadows Golf Course and assists the Kettle Falls High School golf team each season.

Ande Priddy, Director
Andrea “Ande” Priddy is a mother, wife, sister, daughter and homemaker. Graduating from Central Valley High School, she was awarded a scholarship to Gonzaga University where she performed her undergraduate courses before transferring to Eastern Washington University. Prior to graduating, Ande met Ken Priddy and married. Ande and Ken have three beautiful daughters, Gracie age 12, Molly age 9 and Abby age 7. When Ande is not cleaning house, cooking dinner, helping with homework, volunteering at the school, or chauffeuring between activities, their family likes spend time together boating and fishing. Ken is an avid walleye fisherman and the family has fallen in love with Kettle Falls from their visits over the years. Recently, they purchased a place in the community allowing them to spend even more time in the area.
